It's been a long time.

Blogging was always something that I never seemed to have time for. I wanted to blog, I wanted lovely photos of outfits I felt represented me the best and that I loved but it all seemed too annoying to actually do. Now I am back.

I have moved to France with my boyfriend and life has had many changes and ups and downs but I am in a wonderful place with my life, soul and career. Being in France is so peaceful and the weather is so magical that wearing all those pieces of clothing I love has never been easier. Hopefully I will keep this up this time.

Santana - Abraxas

Santana create just magical music. I don't actually have this album on vinyl but I have most of the songs on various different ones. I don't really know what to say about it, you gotta listen to appreciate Santana. My favourite song off the album is Oye Coma Va but I would totally reccommend loads of their other albums too, or just get the greatest hits. Yes I said it but it really is the best way of listening to the magic that is Santana.


Hollie Cook - Hollie Cook

I found Hollie Cook via Spotify this year and everytime I listen to the album I get a new sense of love for each and every song. I love anything reggae and this album really hits the spot. I am a sucker for female musicians/bands and would love to see her live. The album ranges from steel drums - Amazing! to nearly choir like vibes. My favourite at the moment is Sugar Water, or Win or Lose, or well just every song is pretty damn good! Also reccomend listening to her earlier EP's as well.


Bob Marley & The Wailers - Uprising

So I couldn't do this post without mentioning the magic that is Bob. I've always loved Bob, as I'm sure a lot of people do but it's only been in this last couple of years that I have really grown totally and immensely in love with anything reggae and that means a whole load of Bob. I have this album which I got at a flea market in France and it has one of my favourite Marley songs on it 'Coming In From The Cold'. There are so many Bob albums and I recently discovered a few more of his tracks - War, The Heathern and Belly Full. Go listen right now for some positive vibrations YEAAAAA.


Left Lane Cruiser - Bring Yo Ass To The Table

This is another recent addition to my Spotify playlist. Spotify is such a great place to find new music and when I was searching for some badass tunes this is what I found. I really love guitar strong music and this album doesn't disappoint. I can't stop listening to Big Momma in my car right now and I need to get this on vinyl like right now.

Minimalist Baker 5 Ingredient Granola Bars Recipe

This is a slightly different blog post from me but as I have recently gone Vegan after over a year of being just vegetarian, I wanted to share some of my favourite things to eat. I'm also trying to just eat wholefoods, so no processed food/sugar/etc etc. I want to be more healthy and just put goodness into my body as when I turned Vegan it made me think a lot more about what I'm eating. I love sweet things and am always looking for something to snack on but mainly ate biscuits and crisps which I know is just not good. Also I could end up eating a whole packet of biscuits if I don't refrain myself so to fulfill my cravings I needed something healthy, sweet and full of goodness.

These are from the blog Minimalist Baker which I just stumbled across and honestly are the best thing ever for a mini snack. They have just 5 ingredients which is great and you also don't need to bake them so it's quick and easy. The recipe calls for Medjool dates which can be pricey but I had a bag of normal dates from Aldi which was so much cheaper and it still tastes just as good. I also used Maple Syrup instead of honey being Vegan and all.

Hell yea here's another blog post. Slamming them out right now.... This is basically my I wanna wear pyjamas outside outfit as always. Cosy, warm and very me. I'm in love with all things embroidered and anything fluffy and anything creamy white. You should see my wardrobe, there's a whole creamy white section which I keep adding too but it's just so beautiful!

Hopefully will be lots more blog posts coming, just need to switch up what I actually wear so it's not fake pyjamas all the freaking time. I promise I will wear something more inspired soon.

Gonna add a little 'what I'm listening to' at the end of each blog post as I would love some new music so I am also going to try and inspire others!

Nomads Land Lookbook TIGERS EYE a/w 2015

The other day me and Grace went to shoot a new a/w lookbook for TIGERS EYE on the moors in Saddleworth. We recently changed the name of our brand from ETTE clothing to Tigers Eye as we felt it fitted us more and will allow us to push the brand forward so head over to SHOPTIGERSEYE.COM to see our new site!
